Dear America
Emma was a teacher when the Dunblane Shooting in Scotland happened. Like many people, she remembers the day vividly.

Her poem, Dear America, was written in response to the Parkland shooting in Florida. The poem was heard by the editor from Bombay Literary Magazine who immediately asked for the rights to publish it.

You can read the poem here, or click on the image to hear Emma read it on SoundCloud.

Please Here What I'm Not Saying
This project was sparked by poet, Isabelle Kenyon, who wanted to raise awareness of mental health while raising money for the mental health charity, MIND. The anthology is a collection of poems from around the world.

Emma is extremely proud to have her two poems, Barbed Wire and The Space Between Sounds, included in the book.

Please remember that buying a copy raises money to directly help people struggling with mental health issues. You can buy a copy here.

As well as a physical health, we all have a mental health, and most of us will need support at some point in our lives.
